I ordered my food at 6:00pm and it came almost 2 hours later and when it came the food tasted horrible

Accepted and then declined my order due to "too far to deliver". What can I say, if its too far then make your restaurant not available to order for those postcodes... Disappointed as all family picked up their meals...

I ordered chips and coleslaw and there was cheese on it, I don't eat cheese. Also the amount off coleslaw wasn't very much, I put it all in the bin. I also ordered a single large fish to which I got a supper. Thank goodness for that or I would have starved as I ate the chips. The gish was terrible. The batter was solid. It was over cooked and greasy. I didn't eat the fish even my 2 cats turned there nose up to it so that went un the bin as well. My son got a hoagie to which he said was fine but wouldn't order again as the donner meat wasn't great. 1st time and last time ordering from here. I spent £25 for my bin to enjoy.

First & last time ordering here! Food was absolutely disgusting it all went in the bin! Cheap burgers, stale buns, cheap cooking oil used for the chips they were completely un edible! Waited 1.5hrs on a Wednesday night for delivery?! If I could have left 0 stars I would have!

Skin still on bits of fish. Totally dried out. Batter looks amazing but is rubbish. I took a punt. It was a costly one. Can’t eat it. Photos s for proof.
