Bigfoodie membership reward is a Reward scheme for bigfoodie registered member only. Customer can receive 50-100% Food credit back for purchasing selected amazon products by visiting bigfoodie member page.
2. How to get credit back on bigfoodie.co.uk?
You can grab the products which are marked with 50-100% credit back on bigfoodie member page and then purchase them on amazon. After the order is placed and reviewed, please submit your order details to us and we will add the credit to your bigfoodie account.
3. How to use my credit on bigfoodie.co.uk?
You can use the credit to order next takeaway on bigfoodie.co.uk.
4. How to submit my order to BFMR?
After you finish your product review on amazon, please email your order number and screenshot of amazon customer detail page to loyalty@bigfoodie.co.uk or simply forward your Amazon order confirmation email and review confirmation email to loyalty@bigfoodie.co.uk.
5. When will the credit be added on bigfoodie account?
We will review your order in 1-3 working days after we receive the information you submitted. Once the order is confirmed and reviewed, we will add the credit to you. We will inform you by email after credit be added.
6. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product I bought. Can I return it?
We only recommend product from Amazon, and most of items can be returned (unless it's stated "final sale"). If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can contact the seller for a refund or exchange. Bigfoodie reward credit will not be entitled if the product has been returned or refunded.
7. Do merchants have access to my information?
No. All user data are saved and regulated under GDPR.
8. How can I cancel my account?
