Never recieved my order and the number for the shop is incorrect so now gotta wait for 5 days for a refund

Where to start! Luke warm chips, under cooked chicken strips but the worse by far is paid £4.99 for a lasagne , when it came its a £2 lasagne from asda that was warmed up in a microwave. I dont mind paying for food but at least give me value for money!!
