Was substituted item which I’m not happy and didn’t want and would preferably like a refund for it

Asked for no sauce on order but burger and donee meat both had sauce on when the order clearly states no sauce so that kind of ruined the experience and killed the kind of enjoyment I was expecting from such wonderfully cooked and tasteful food
